Kwik Fisher Boats are Hand Built Tough; our highly experienced and talented team includes a mechanical engineering, sheet metal and boilermaker fabrication team, all boats are created and controlled through sophisticated AutoCAD/Solid Works computer application engineers.

The Kwik Fisher difference
It’s what’s under the floor that makes Kwik Fisher Boats safer and quieter than most aluminium plate boats on the market. Air-tight and foam-filled chambers help with buoyancy, safety and a quieter ride. Kwik Fisher Osprey Boats are built for serious fishing and enjoyable recreation on the sea.
Filling voids in the hull with foam, particularly polyurethane, significantly increases the boat’s buoyancy, helping it stay afloat even if damaged. This is crucial for safety, especially in smaller boats where flotation is essential. Foam is also used to reinforce the hull, making it more resistant to impacts and preventing leaks or cracks in high-stress areas.
Quality visible welds
The Kwik Fisher manufacturing facility uses the world’s Best Pulse Mig Welding Machines which are capable of laying down a beautiful looking and extremely strong weld.
The quality welding machines ensure quality welds. The welds are left very visible and very strong, our welds are not sanded back for looks. Owners can see how the boats are welded together which shows the strength and quality. It’s a feature KwikFisher is very proud of.

Kwik Fisher Osprey Boats smallest models are built with 6mm thick plate aluminium bottoms & transoms plus 4mm sides and our larger boats have heavier thick plate aluminium bottoms and 4mm sides. All hull sides on the Osprey range feature a double skin for extra strength, safety and comfort.
With Kwik Fisher Osprey Boats construction, you get a very strong hull that requires no pressings to strengthen, unlike other boats built with 3mm sheets or less.
